Quarts de Chaume Domaine des Baumard 1990 is a sweet Chenin Blanc from the Quarts de Chaume AOC of the Loire Valley. The wine displays notes of candied citrus, beeswax and dried fruits, layered with complex undertones of hay and subtle spice. A substantial residual sugar is balanced by a pronounced acidity, leading to a refined yet robust finish.
