Quintus 2016 is a red wine from Saint-Émilion on the Right Bank of Bordeaux. This estate, managed by the Domaine Clarence Dillon team, features a plateau of limestone and clay that provides a unique microclimate. The 2016 blend is dominated by Merlot with a significant proportion of Cabernet Franc, benefiting from the ideal ripening conditions of the vintage. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel before aging in 100% new French oak barrels. It displays an opaque purple colour and a profile of blackcurrants, violets and crushed stones.
