A luminescent gold vintage sparkling wine from Rathfinny's coastal Sussex estate, made from hand-harvested Chardonnay. This traditional-method cuvée spent 36 months on the lees, developing a delicate nose of ripe tropical fruit and a complex palate of apricot, creamy citrus, and a long, elegant yuzu finish. Fine, persistent bubbles and a chalk-dust structure give it real elegance.
