Redbreast is regarded by many consumers as the standard bearer for single pot still Irish Whiskey. This 12-year-old expression is matured in a combination of American oak bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. It offers lovely notes of dried fruits, citrus and marzipan, leading to a long and creamy finish.
