This artisanal grappa from legendary producer Romano Levi is made exclusively from the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, grown to make DOCG Barbaresco wine. The liquid was aged for at least 3 years in acacia wood barrels, classic from the Piedmont region. The result is a well-balanced grappa, boasting notes of vanilla, herbs, liquorice and light wood.
