A rare 9-year-old Rosebank, distilled in 1990 shortly before the distillery`s 1993 closure and bottled by Signatory in this 150cl magnum format for the millennium. Rosebank`s celebrated triple-distilled, unpeated Lowland style shines through. delicate florals, green apple and a light grassy freshness on the nose, with a soft, honeyed palate and gentle citrus. The finish is clean and elegant. A precious relic from one of Scotland`s most mourned lost distilleries.
