This vineyard, historically a monastery site, features vines planted in 2015 through massal selection, thriving on a soil composition of sand and schist. The winemaking process utilises indigenous yeast and avoids malolactic fermentation. This wine is aged in a mix of 350-litre and 500-litre barrels, with a subtle 10% new oak integration.
