Volcán De Mi Tierra`s Colección I comes from Hacienda La Gavilana in the Jalisco highlands — among the most prestigious agave-growing terroir in Mexico. Made with 100% Blue Weber agave grown at high altitude, where cooler temperatures slow maturation and concentrate flavour. The result is a refined, expressive tequila. mineral-driven agave, citrus, gentle pepper and a clean, elegant finish. One of the more serious and terroir-expressive tequilas in our range.
