Vosne-Romanée Les Jachées 2015 from Domaine Bizot is an exceptionally rare and sought-after Pinot Noir sourced from a single parcel located just above the Grand Cru site of Romanee-Saint-Vivant. Jean-Yves Bizot’s uncompromising approach includes 100% whole-cluster fermentation, no added sulphur, and maturation in 100% new French oak barrels. The 2015 vintage highlights the vineyard`s characteristic floral lift and exotic spice, offering an ethereal profile of rose petals, wild strawberries and forest floor. Despite the use of new oak, the wine displays a transparent and crystalline texture, with fine-grained tannins and a vibrant energy that reflects its limestone terroir.
