Crafted by Ben Walgate using 100% Pinot Meunier from the biodynamically farmed Tillingham vineyard in East Sussex. Whole bunches were bled for 22 hours before stainless steel fermentation, then the wine matured for eight months in neutral oak fuder. The deep ruby-pink hue gives way to wild strawberry, pomegranate and orange zest, with a dry, succulent palate and a chalky finish.
