A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a touch of Pinot Meunier, it offers aromas of warm brioche, roasted hazelnuts, and ripe orchard fruits. The palate delivers a creamy mousse balanced by a sharp mineral thread and citrus energy, all thanks to low dosage and extended lees ageing. It concludes with a long finish of baked apple and toasted almond.
