Zymé Harlequin 2006 is a complex red wine from the Veneto region of Italy, produced by winemaker Celestino Gaspari. This wine is a blend of at least 15 different grape varieties, including both indigenous and international types, which are harvested and vinified together. The wine underwent a lengthy maturation process in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine of immense concentration and aromatic depth. It displays notes of dark chocolate, tobacco, dried plums and exotic spices, with a robust tannic structure. Harlequin is only produced in years where the fruit achieves a specific level of maturity, representing the peak of the winery`s output.
