Lazari sells £91 million-plus Mayfair office gem

Lazari Investments has sold Lilly House, an office building on Hanover Square, in a rare disposal for the London landlord.
The buyer is CM London Property, a vehicle linked to a private Chinese investor. CoStar puts the price at more than £91 million, while Estates Gazette, citing industry sources, reported a figure of about £100 million. The parties have not disclosed the price, and the deal was agreed off-market.
Lilly House, at 13 Hanover Square near Oxford Circus, has about 34,720 sq ft over seven floors. The upper floors are let to the serviced office provider Halkin, and Pret A Manger occupies the ground floor.
The new owner has appointed Morgan Real Estate to manage the building, and Pilcher London advised on the purchase.
Lazari holds around 2.9 million sq ft across eight central London estates and seldom sells. Its website had outlined plans for a substantial retrofit of Lilly House from 2031.
