Etienne Sauzet Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023 is a biodynamic white wine sourced from four parcels in Puligny-Montrachet. The wine was aged for 10 months in older barrels to deliver a profile of peach, fennel and roasted nuts with crystalline purity. Ageing in 450-litre barrels ensures a subtle wood integration that supports rather than masks the bright citrus and stone fruit flavours.
