Chablis Collet 2023 is a Chardonnay white wine sourced from select vineyards within the Chablis AOC. Chablis Collet is recognised for its focus on clarity and precision, utilising stainless steel fermentation to maintain the purity of the fruit. The 2023 vintage benefits from a warm growing season, resulting in fruit that is ripe and slightly more accessible. Expect flavours of green apple, lemon zest and the classic mineral undertones associated with Chablis. The half-bottle format promotes early consumption, enhancing the wine`s freshness.
