A relatively recent addition, the 18-year-old Bowmore made its debut in January 2007, succeeding the 17-year-old variant. On the nose, delicate wisps of smoke, reminiscent of herbs ablaze, accompanied by notes of butterscotch, menthol, nectarines, brine, and ferns. The palate reveals a pronounced floral character, combined with sweet syrup, and a velvety, oily texture.
