A 25 year old single malt from the Bowmore distillery, matured in a combination of American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks. The sherry influence complements Bowmore’s coastal, smoky house style, resulting in a balanced and well-integrated aged whisky.

On the nose, dark fruits sit alongside coastal smoke and a light herbal note. The palate shows characteristic peat smoke with cocoa, dry oak and a creamy, nutty quality, leading to a finish of gentle smoke, oak, mocha and subtle hints of prunes.
