Les Ursules is 100% Pinot Noir from a 0.97-hectare plot of vines planted in 1974. This is a wine of supreme class and tantalising dynamism. It strikes exceptional balance between fruit, acidity and mineral tension, culminating in a wonderfully long, saline finish.
