Situated in Gers, at the heart of Gascony, Domaine de Joy is a 170-hectare estate, of which 10% are dedicated to vines for the production of Armagnac. This vintage expression from 1912 displays a striking dark colour and a complex nose, with notes of glazed cinnamon apples and raisins. The palate is rich and fully developed, boasting flavours of toffee, caramelized bananas and a dash of black pepper.
