Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Half showcases the vineyard`s commitment to craftsmanship in Napa Valley. Owned by François Pinault of Château Latour, Eisele Vineyard is among Napa`s oldest properties, first established in the 1880s. This release primarily comprises Sauvignon Blanc Musqué, capturing the complexity inherent to the estate`s terroir. Organically cultivated, the grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness. The wine underwent fermentation and ageing for 12 months in a combination of stainless steel, cement and oak, contributing structure while preserving the variety`s natural vibrancy.
