Peter Michael L’Après Midi Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is Peter Michael’s take on White Bordeaux. A structured white wine crafted from estate-grown alongside their red varietals in the Les Pavots vineyard. A blend of 93% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon the grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented in barrel, with malolactic fermentation inhibited to maintain the wine`s zesty profile.
