Fabrice Agrapart Atoma NV is a non-vintage blanc de blancs from Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry. Composed of 50% current-year wine and 50% reserve wines, it is fermented in vats or barrels and aged on lees for 20–32 months. The nose displays citrus, green apple and pear with chalky mineral undertones, while the palate is fine and textured, with a delicate mousse, crisp acidity and a saline, persistent finish.
