Finca Casa Balaguer Rosado del Padilla 2023 is a rosé wine hailing from the Alicante region of Spain, crafted from 100% Monastrell grapes grown in old vines at the Finca Puerto La Harina vineyard in Villena. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in clay amphorae after a brief skin maceration lasting 3-4 hours, resulting in a pale pink hue. This vintage showcases flavours of red fruits, a touch of citrus peel and floral notes, accompanied by subtle earthy undertones.
