The 2021 vintage was cooler than the preceding trio of hot years, resulting in a wine with classic proportions and a fresh, aromatic profile of red berries and tobacco. This 300cl format allows for an exceptionally slow development, which will eventually soften the wine’s firm tannic structure over several decades.
