Distilled in 1999 and bottled at cask strength decades later, it shows a fruit-forward profile of sweet citrus, marshmallow, pear drops and passion fruit, with vanilla creaminess from the wood and hints of shortbread and crystallised ginger developing towards a savoury finish.
