Hermitage cognacs area collection of very special cognacs and brandies that have been collected from the cellars of small producers. This expression was aged for 6 to 8 months in new Limousin barrels before being switched to old barrels for the remaining 20 years. It is a rich and robust dark cognac with hints of mocha, coffee and roasted walnuts.
