With a history dating back to 1850, cognac producer Ragnaud Sabourin is known for their wide range of expressions, from single vintage expressions through to a ‘Paradis’. The ‘Reserve Spéciale Alliance 20’ is made entirely from Grande Champagne Ugni Blanc grapes and aged for a minimum of two decades. Mature and rounded, it reveals a delightful floral nose with notes of balsamic and toasted oak. The palate carries dried sweet fruits, baking spices and mild tannins.
