Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc 2010 is a white wine from the Haute Vallée du Gassac in the Languedoc produced from a complex blend including Viognier, Chardonnay and Petit Manseng. In this 1.5-litre format the wine has developed a rich gold colour and a profile of dried apricot, honey and beeswax while maintaining a surprising level of freshness.
