The Pierre Péters Cuvée Spéciale Les Chétillons 2015 is an esteemed Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne, exclusively sourced from the famous Les Chétillons lieu-dit in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The Pierre Péters family, headquartered in this Grand Cru village, owns three small parcels of old Chardonnay vines within Les Chétillons, which are vinified separately for this single-vineyard cuvée. The 2015, a warm vintage, presents a powerful, fleshy style with aromas of candied lemon peel, orchard fruit, clear honey and brioche, balanced by a chalky extract and racy acidity that ensures excellent potential for long-term ageing.
