Produced from 100% old vine Pinot Meunier grown in sandy soils in two sites - `Les Limons` in Vrigny and `Les Linguets` in Gueux, two villages on the Montagne de Reims. A subtle and creamy effervescence is accompanied by a very aromatic bouquet and palate of perfectly ripe red fruits. Round, intense, generous and dry, this Rosé de Saignée pairs perfectly with wild salmon dishes or even raspberry flavoured desserts.
