Only produced in the best vintages Salon is an unparalleled Blanc de Blancs, produced from a single hectare plot and nineteen other smaller plots in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

The 2007 showcases a nose of lemon, lime, yuzu, then green apple, a hint of smoked tea and fresh herbs on wet stone leading to a focused and pure palate.
