Sena 2013, presented here in magnum format, is a Bordeaux-style blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Carmenère, 8% Malbec and 7% Petit Verdot, sourced from the Aconcagua Valley in Chile. Aromas include black fruits, herbs and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it displays a robust structure with firm tannins and good acidity. The wine benefits from a lengthy ageing process, allowing flavours to evolve and integrate slowly over time. Sena is a collaboration between Eduardo Chadwick of Viña Errázuriz and Robert Mondavi, with Michel Rolland as consultant.
