Despite its long history, Tatenokawa is an ambitious, forward-thinking producer, led by a young team, who strives to make sake of the highest quality. This award-wining expression was made using local Dewasansan rice, polished to 50%. It is a semi-sweet, lighter style of sake that certainly appeals to a wider audience. Best enjoyed chilled with mussels, ceviche or grilled asparagus.
