The Old Malt Cask range was first created by Douglas Laing & Co. back in 1998 but it is now part of Hunter Laing, also an independent bottler. This particular release was distilled at Arran in 1998 and was matured in a refill hogshead for long 24 years. The whisky was non-chill-filtered and bottled without the addition of caramel colouring.
