Chablis Bougros Cote Bouguerots William Fevre 2023 is a noteworthy offering from the prestigious Chablis AOC. Sourced from the Cote Bouguerots section of the Bougros vineyard, this single-vineyard wine is derived from Chardonnay grapes grown on steep, chalky slopes that require manual cultivation due to the difficult terrain. The 2023 vintage showcases a complex bouquet with aromas of citrus, flint and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it reveals a precise structure with underlying minerality and a thirst-quenching salinity.
