Domaine François Raveneau is a legendary Chablis producer that owns 1.50 hectares of mature vines in the Butteaux vineyard. From a rich and concentrated year, this bottling presents a complex bouquet of dried apricot, honey and subtle white flowers, with an underlying steely minerality and saline note.
