Chablis Vaudésir William Fèvre 2018 is a Grand Cru Chardonnay from the historic Chablis estate of William Fèvre. This magnum bottling originates from south-facing amphitheatre slopes that captured the warmth of a sunny vintage to produce an expansive and sun-kissed profile. It opens with exuberant aromas of pear, orange oil and acacia blossom supported by a satiny, enveloping texture. Didier Séguier matured the wine for 14 months in seasoned French oak and stainless steel to balance the ripe fruit with a saline mineral core. This magnum format is currently offering great charm and will continue to develop complex notes of toasted brioche and honey through 2030.
