Roger Sabon, acknowledged by Robert Parker as "one of the more intellectual vignerons in Châteauneuf-du-Pape," oversees vineyard holdings totalling around 14 hectares. These vineyards are distributed among his estates in Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Côtes du Rhône. The cuvée `Le Secret des Sabon` is dedicated to showcasing the optimal expression of Grenache, placing special emphasis on achieving a well-balanced, fresh, and tannic structure.
