Situated in the heart of Fife, Daftmill is a farm distillery producing single malts in small batches. A relatively newcomer among the Scottish distilleries, Daftmill was set up by the Cuthbert brothers in 2005. This vintage expression was filled into ex- bourbon casks in 2006, aged for 15 years and bottled in 2022 at cask strength of 55.7% ABV. A classy whisky boasting an abundance of citrus notes complemented by oak spice and hints of coconut.
