Situated in Fife along Scotland`s eastern coast, Daftmill is one of the country`s most recent and smallest whisky distilleries. They follow a traditional approach, using barley grown on the farm and pristine water sourced from Daftmill`s natural spring to craft their single malts. This particular release, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023, comprises whiskey from 25 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels filled during November and December 2010. It is a limited edition, with only 6,550 bottles available.
