Daftmill is a farm distillery in Fife that produces whisky in small batches only during the winter and summer, when the farm`s grain harvests are complete. This Winter Distillation from 2012 is one of the distillery`s infrequent releases, drawing on stock laid down during the colder months when production is traditionally lighter and more fruit-forward. Daftmill has developed a devoted following for its commitment to genuine farm-to-bottle production.
