Created in 1979, Hennessy Paradis is made from 100 eaux-de-vie that have been aged for up to 130 years, resulting in remarkable depth and elegance. The aromas are simply indulgent, laden with hints of spices, newly bloomed flowers and blossoms. It carries undertones of mace and cinnamon, pepper, dried fruit peels, and a sweet trace of acacia honey, accented by a whisper of rancio. On the palate, expect layers of fresh flowers, spices, dried fruits, and candied peels. The tasting experience culminates in a long, warming finish that leaves a very rounded and satisfying aftertaste.
