This remarkable cognac comes from the top cru in Cognac known as Grande Champagne. Released by the independent brandy bottler Hermitage, it boasts earthy hints of anise, truffle oil, tobacco and sea salt. Orange peel, toffee and hazelnut give it some sweetness.
