Hermitage is an English independent bottler of old and rare cognacs with direct links to local producers in Grande Champagne. Aged in oak barrels for over 60 years, this 1923 vintage expression is a superb example of that decade. The spirit was produced with 100% Ugni Blanc grapes and distilled in a small, wood-fire still. It offers a rich and diverse flavour profile, including tropical fruits, orange peel, Brazil nuts and Madeira.
