Hermitage is an English independent bottler of old and rare cognacs with direct links to local producers in Grande Champagne. This vintage expression was distilled in 1960 and has been aged in oak barrels for a few decades before bottling. It is filled with decadent notes of dark chocolate, strawberry tart, plum compote, liquorice and dates. Best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
