Kavalan Oloroso Sherry Oak is a single malt whisky from the King Car Distillery in Taiwan. Kavalan is a globally acclaimed distillery, famous for its rapid sub-tropical climate maturation and for its multi award-winning single malts. The whisky is matured in specially selected oloroso Sherry casks, which are re-toasted to bring out complex flavours. This bottling presents a rich and deep bouquet of dried fruit, nuts and marzipan, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with a long, elegant finish of sherry sweetness and a hint of spice.
