All the way from Tasmania comes this award-winning single malt, produced by Sullivans Cove. Aged in 200-litre American oak ex-bourbon casks, the whisky represents the distillery’s signature style, with a strong malt backbone and notes of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit and floral elements. As a single cask bottling, every batch is slightly different, reflecting the flavour profile of each barrel.
