Philippe Pernot employs a non-interventionist approach, utilising wild yeasts and minimal new oak to produce a wine with broad shoulders and a rich, oily texture, showing notes of yellow orchard fruit and exotic spices. The high elevation of the 1er Cru parcel ensures a cooling influence that preserves a citrus focus.
