Talisker`s flagship older-age expression, matured for 25 years in a mix of American and European oak. Expect the distillery`s trademark maritime smoke layered with dried fruit, cracked black pepper and dark chocolate on the nose, with a rich, oily palate of toffee, sea salt and warming spice. The finish is long, smoky and peppery with a lingering saline tang. A powerful expression of Skye`s most distinctive coastal malt, well suited to slow, considered drinking.
