Released in 2021 after a quarter of a century maturation in ex-Bourbon Hogshead and European refill casks, this 25-year-old Talisker displays an exquisite equilibrium of rich, sweet dried fruit flavours, chocolate, smoke, and cedar wood. The finish is remarkably prolonged, with a creamy and waxy texture.
